Registration & Payment

Being our delegate, you can contact us by telephone, email or fill up the online registration forms on relevant conference websites; the confirmation will be reached to you once we receive your registration.

The Payment Notification will be reached to you after the registration and you can pay it by credit card, Telegraphic Transfer or other accepted methods within the specified working time.

PLEASE NOTE: payment must be received prior to the conference date.

Hotel Accommodation & Delegate Confirmation

You are provided with the special price of the hotel rooms after you confirm your participation if you need, together with the necessary information such as delegate confirmation letter, hotel map two weeks before the conference.

You can also visit the conference website to get the hotel information.

Interactive Periods & Conference Materials

The tea break and lunch are serviced during the conference, and you can get close with other delegates, speakers, or other keynote persons for further communication while the Q & A sessions, panel discussions, workshop, tea break or other activities are available.

The updated presentation materials will be available within two weeks after the summit and you are informed with the relevant website and password to download if the onsite materials are not completed.
